Code Compliance Monitoring Committee (CCMC)

The CCMC is an independent compliance monitoring body established under clause 36 of the 2013 Code of Banking Practice.

Its purpose is to monitor compliance with the Code of Banking Practice, thereby contributing to the improvement of standards of practice and service by code-subscribing banks.

The CCMC aims be a trusted and valued partner, assisting banks to comply with their Code obligations, ultimately creating a better banking experience.

CCMC welcomes news of Code review

The ABA has announced that the Code will be reviewed in 2016.
