Consumers and other interested parties still have time to lodge a submission to the independent review of the Code Compliance Monitoring Committee.
The independent reviewer, Phil Khoury, is still keen to hear from interested parties and has extended acceptances until the end of the month – the new submission due date is 31 August 2016.
Written submissions should address the Terms of Reference which are available on the dedicated review website – http://www.ccmcreview.cameronralph.com.au/. The website has been established by the independent reviewer to receive submissions and provide broad information on the review.
Copies of the existing CCMC Mandate are available for download.
Stakeholders will also be able to provide feedback later in the process – during September and October. Details of the times and dates for this second round of consultations will also be made available on the review website.
